Associate Professor Dr. Kesinee Gatphayak, Associate Dean for Unit of International Affairs; Associate Prof. Dr. Tossapol Moonmanee, Head of Department of Animal and Aquatic Sciences; and Dr. Napatsorn Montha, lecturer of the department, visited the Korea National University of Agriculture and Fisheries (KNUAF) and Chung Nam University (CNU), Republic of Korea, to discuss the joint research on CMU Beef as well as the collaboration on student and staff exchange under the Memorandum of Understanding between the two universities on October 26–28, 2023. The visiting schedule was as follows:
October 26, 2023: Visit the Korean National University of Agriculture and Fisheries (KNUAF) to pay a courtesy call on KNUAF’s executives, Prof. Dr. Hyun Chul Jeong (President) and Prof. Dr. Ki Yong Chung, to discuss the collaboration between the university as well as give a lecture and discuss the possibility of collaboration between the Faculty of Agriculture, CMU, and the Department of Livestock, KNUAF, during the visit to the aquaculture, aquatic animal exhibit, horse farms, and greenhouse from the Department of Horticulture, led by Prof. Seung Hee Kim.
October 27–28, 2023: visit the molecular genetics laboratory, led by Prof. Dr. Seung Hwan Lee, as well as the National Institute Animal Production Quality Evaluation and the laboratory of the TNT Research Co.
